Terms of Service

The terms and conditions for booking and travelling with us.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and travel services of 2B Boston Group Co., Ltd. ("2B Global Agency", "we", "us"), a licensed travel agency registered in Thailand (TAT tourism business licence no. 14/05016), with its head office at 107/15 Ratchaphruek Road, Bang Krang, Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand. By submitting a booking request or using our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

  • Airport & city transfers — private vehicle transfers with meet & greet and flight tracking in Bangkok (BKK/DMK), Chiang Mai (CNX) and connected cities.
  • Private travel experiences — curated private day tours operated with licensed local guides and drivers.
  • Custom trip planning — tailor-made itineraries built around your interests, dates and group size.

3. Bookings & confirmation

  • A booking request submitted through this website is not yet a confirmed booking. Every request receives a reference number and is reviewed by our team.
  • We confirm availability and the final price via email, WhatsApp or LINE. A booking becomes binding only when we send you a written confirmation.
  • Transfer prices start from the published rates; the final quote may vary with distance, vehicle type, time of day and special requirements. The confirmed quote is the price you pay — no hidden fees.
  • Please provide accurate flight numbers and contact details so we can track delays and reach you on the day of travel.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Payso (Pay Solutions Co., Ltd.), our licensed Thai payment provider, supporting credit/debit cards, QR PromptPay, mobile banking and e-wallets.
  • We send you a personal payment link for the confirmed amount. We never ask for your card details by phone, chat or email.
  • Unless stated otherwise in your confirmation, payment is due before the service date. Some services may require a deposit.
  • All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless another currency is agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations, changes & refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or tour start time.
  • For cancellations within 72 hours, fees may apply as described in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Date, time and itinerary changes are free where availability allows — contact us as early as possible.
  • If we must cancel a confirmed service (e.g. vehicle failure without replacement, unsafe conditions), you receive a full refund or a free rebooking, at your choice.
  • Refunds are returned via the original payment method; bank processing usually takes 5–14 business days.

6. On the day of travel

  • For airport pickups we monitor your flight; reasonable flight delays do not change your price.
  • Please be ready at the agreed pickup point. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable waiting time (60 minutes after landing for airport pickups, 15 minutes elsewhere), the booking may be treated as a no-show.
  • Child seats, extra luggage space and accessibility needs are available on request — tell us when booking.
  • Our drivers may refuse carriage to passengers who are abusive, heavily intoxicated or endanger safety; no refund is due in such cases.

7. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and travel insurance.
  • Information you submit (names, dates, contact details) must be accurate and belong to you or people who authorised you to share it.
  • You must not use this website unlawfully, attempt to breach its security or submit false bookings.

8. Liability

  • We operate with licensed drivers, insured vehicles and vetted local partners, and we carry the insurance required of licensed Thai tour operators.
  • To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. missed flights caused by events outside our control, force majeure, extreme weather, road closures or acts of authorities).
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photography, graphics and branding — belongs to 2B Boston Group Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
