How do I book a trip or transfer?
Choose a service — airport transfer, a private experience, or plan your own day — fill in your dates and details, and submit. For experiences and custom days, our team contacts you to confirm everything before payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PromptPay, and Payso. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
More than 72 hours before service: full refund (100%). Between 24–72 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund, but you may reschedule once within 3 months, subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport transfers, no extra charge applies for flight delays as long as the correct flight number was provided at booking. We track your flight in real time.
Which areas do you serve?
Bangkok (BKK / DMK) and Chiang Mai (CNX), plus neighbouring cities and private day experiences across central and northern Thailand.
Can I customise a private experience?
Absolutely — that’s our specialty. Choose “Create Your Own Day,” pick your interests and region, and we’ll design a private day around you.
