1. Who controls your data
2B Boston Group Co., Ltd. ("2B Global Agency", "we"), 107/15 Ratchaphruek Road, Bang Krang, Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
2. What we collect
- Booking details — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, pickup and destination locations, travel dates and times, flight number, group size and any notes you add (e.g. child seat).
- Trip-planning preferences — interests, regions, preferred dates and group size you select in the trip planner.
- Messages — anything you send via the contact form, email, WhatsApp or LINE.
- Technical data — basic logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
We do not collect or store your card or banking details — payments are entered directly on our payment provider's secure pages.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your booking request, confirm availability and price, and operate your transfer or tour (performance of a contract).
- To send you the payment link and confirm your payment (performance of a contract).
- To contact you about changes, delays or your driver's details on the day of travel (legitimate interest / contract).
- To answer questions you send us (legitimate interest).
- To keep records required by Thai tax and tourism regulations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Drivers, guides and local partners — only the details they need to operate your booking (name, pickup point, time, group size, contact number).
- Payso (Pay Solutions Co., Ltd.) — our licensed Thai payment gateway, which processes your payment under its own security standards (PCI DSS).
- Service providers — website hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Supabase) and email delivery, each acting under contract as data processors.
- Authorities — only where Thai law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Booking and payment records — up to 5 years, as required for Thai tax and accounting purposes.
- Contact messages — up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- You may ask us to delete data sooner where no legal retention duty applies.
6. How we protect it
- All traffic to this website is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
- Booking data is stored in an access-controlled database; only authorised staff can view it.
- Payment credentials never touch our servers — they go directly to the payment provider.
7. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies (e.g. keeping an admin signed in). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Your rights (PDPA)
You have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion where no legal duty requires us to keep it;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9. International visitors
Our services are operated from Thailand and your data is processed in Thailand and in the regions used by our hosting providers. Where data of EU/UK residents is processed, we apply equivalent safeguards to those described above.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services grow. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
