Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all customers, please review the following terms before making a booking.
1. Customer Cancellation
- More than 72 hours before service: full refund (100%).
- Between 24 and 72 hours before service: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours before service: no refund. However, customers may reschedule once within 3 months from the original service date, subject to availability.
2. Changes to Travel Date or Time
Changes are free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours may incur additional charges.
3. Flight Delays & Flight Changes
For airport transfer services, no additional charges apply for flight delays, provided the correct flight number was supplied at booking. If a flight is cancelled, customers may reschedule at no additional cost, or receive a full refund provided no part of the service has been used.
4. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, airport closures, epidemics, etc.), the company may offer a full refund or a credit voucher equal to the booking value, valid for 12 months.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive at the agreed meeting point within the designated waiting period and cannot be contacted, the booking is considered a No-Show and no refund will be issued.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Company Cancellation
If the company cannot provide the booked service for operational reasons, customers are offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
